‘Apart of our service is to inspire children and young adults to make a difference in their future. To help accomplish this, we hold lectures for schools, colleges and universities to encourage the realisation that there are roles for everyone – regardless of gender, sex, circumstance or any other protected characteristic’.
As a private company with a big aim we also do great charity work. We liaison with universities, colleges and schools to create awareness and work on eliminating stigma regarding bias roles.
Scientific research shows, gender/race-specific roles are deeply embedded from an early age. Children grow up to associate specific genders, and even specific races, with a variety of roles. To oppose from this, we have built a programme that enables children and young adults to understand that anyone can take on any role regardless of gender, race or personal circumstances.
We also offer different variations courses that is specific to the age being taught. For instance we have a tailored course for older secondary school students. As children attend colleges and universities and the course goes in to greater depth. Children of this age start to make major life choices. However, with biases looming, older children and young adults tend to make the career choices that they feel is most common and normal.
It is crucial to ensure that young adults are not unintentionally harbouring biases due to stigmas.
If nothing is taught initially, then we will face a longer period of people choosing specific careers based on previously learnt biases as they try to assimilate into society.
We must point out the harm bias forms have caused by this mindset. It is imperative that everyone knows that they are more than a category. And no one has to follow suit, as that is how society has perceived it for years of history.
Our courses are about enabling young adults and children to rewire history and how they can adapt to change and most importantly make it a great one going forward.
Unions
We offer a donation to new employees for unions that support all employees that are recruited through our process. This offers greater foundations and security for the future.
