Training
It is imperative to close the employment gaps facing minorities; however, we have to start from the beginning. To accomplish this, we educate and train companies and offer a charity service to universities, colleges and schools.
Company training
In most cases, our courses are mandatory to ensure that we have the support to recruitminorities. This is to protect both the company and the individual employee.We also offer a training course service to non-members.
Our courses are on:

- Awareness regarding new,expectant and current mothers for both the employees and the employer
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Bullying and harassment
- Mental health, stress awareness and conflict resolution in construction and gender-dominated employment roles
